To the toolbox

Not everything fits snugly into a product. There are utility programs and other useful pieces of code that just don’t seem to fall neatly into place in the structure established by a management framework that splits items up into organization, servers, and recipients. The solution is to sling anything that doesn’t fit into the toolbox. This description might seem to imply that the toolbox is the graveyard of unwanted programs, but it’s actually a very productive place for any Exchange administrator to be. Let’s continue on our way to consider why.
