Performance Monitor
Although you can launch the Performance Monitor from Windows, the version included in the Exchange toolbox is provided as a preconfigured console that includes the most important counters necessary to monitor the performance of an Exchange server. You can retrieve a listing of all of the Performance Monitor counters for Exchange with the following command:
$FormatEnumerationLimit = -1 Get-Counter -ListSet 'MSExchange*' | Format-List CounterSetName, Paths > C:\Temp\MSExchangePerf.txt
