Using Lists to Group Information
Among the essential tags for laying out information on a Web page are lists. There are three basic types of list, as shown in the following table.
List type | Tag | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
Ordered list | <ol> | Numbered items |
Unordered list | Bulleted items | |
Definition list | <dl> | Term and definition arrangement |
In this exercise, you will learn to insert all three types of lists and arrange information within them.
