Uploading Photos Using Outlook Web App

To upload photos as a user, Outlook Web App (OWA) is used. The following procedure would be used by the end user to upload the same photo to the mailbox using OWA:

1. Open a web browser and connect to the OWA URL, which by default is the fully qualified name of the Exchange 2013 Client Access Server, followed by /owa, for example, https://ex2k13.companyabc.com/owa.

2. At the Outlook Web App screen, enter the credentials for the user whose photo will be uploaded, and click Sign In.

3. If this is the first time the user is logging on to OWA on this system, an additional screen is presented allowing preferred display language and home time zone settings to be changed. Make any changes if necessary, and click ...
