DNS Requirements for Lync Online
For each DNS domain that will be used with Lync Online, several external DNS CNAME records need to be added to support the client Autodiscover service. Table 28.5 shows the external DNS CNAME records that are needed, where <DomainName> is the external DNS domain that will be used with Lync Online.
