Chapter 15. Data Analysis
Excel provides several excellent tools to help you analyze worksheet data. In this chapter, you’ll be introduced to the following data analysis tools:
PivotTables. Examine relationships between variables using an interactive table.
Goal seeking. Use goal seeking to force a particular result in a calculation by changing one of its elements.
What-if analyses. Calculate equations with one or two unknown variables by substituting user-provided test values called scenarios.
