Chapter 19. The Presentation
When you’ve finished constructing a presentation, it’s time to get it ready to be viewed by an audience. This is when you make final decisions about details such as slide order and design, and whether to also save the presentation as a QuickTime movie or for viewing on the Web.
The first part of the chapter discusses preparing the presentation. The second part covers some options and tools for giving and sharing the presentation.
Using the Slide Sorter
Use Slide Sorter View to get an overview of your presentation. It’s similar to viewing 35mm slides on a light table. You can reorder the slides, switch templates to change the presentation’s look, and delete or duplicate slides.
