8. Working in Other Views

Many people—perhaps most—only use Word for traditional word-processing tasks, such as writing letters, memos, and the occasional report. In all but the rarest case, such work can readily be accomplished in Print Layout View (when you need to see your document formatted exactly as it will print) and Draft View (when you’re more interested in generating text as fast as possible). However, Word also has other views that are more appropriate for some tasks and situations.
