26. My Day

Introduced in Office 2008, My Day is a separate application that displays upcoming appointments, events, and tasks—even when Outlook and other Office applications aren’t running. Unlike Office Reminders, My Day shows every Outlook event and task—not just those for which you’ve set reminders. You can use My Day as a convenient way to check on upcoming appointments, determine when there’s free time in your schedule, and remind yourself of tasks you need to perform.
