Creating a Table in Design View

Now that you have created a project file, let’s take a look at creating a table. The features that allow you to create tables by using wizards or by entering data in a desktop application (.mdb) do not exist in an Access project (.adp). The only method for creating tables (other than importing them from another source or using specific code to create them) is to create them in Design view.

Creating a new table is easy. Open the project file (ContactTracking.adp) connected to the new database (ContactTrackingSQL) that you created earlier.
