Aligning and Sizing Controls in Design View

To learn how to customize a form, switch to the HousingDataCopy.accdb sample database. You need a form to edit and display employee data, and the easiest way to get started is to create a blank form based on the tblEmployees table. On the Create tab, in the Forms group, click the Blank Form button. A blank form grid appears in Layout view with the field list showing on the right side of the screen.
