Examining a Form

Forms are database objects that make it easier for you to view data stored in tables or retrieved by queries. Rather than present the data in a compact grid, creating forms to display table and query data lets you arrange fields on the form and add explanatory text to help you and your colleagues understand the form’s contents. You can also enter new records into a table through a form.
