Modifying an Existing Form

Just as you can create a form from scratch, you can open a form in Design view to add or delete controls, change a form’s appearance, or add and delete fields. Form controls, such as check boxes, text boxes, and labels, enable you to provide instructions for your colleagues and allow them to enter data as efficiently as possible. For example, if a field has two possible choices, such as true and false, you can create a check box that reflects those values by being either checked or unchecked.
