Creating a Toolbar to Hold Macros

Although you can run any of your macros from the Macro dialog box, the ability to run a macro by clicking a toolbar button makes your worksheets much easier to use, especially for colleagues with relatively little experience using Excel. To create a toolbar to host your macros, on the Tools menu, click Customize to open the Customize dialog box.

The Customize dialog box must be open for you to be able to change any of your toolbars or menus.
