Limiting the Data That Appears on the Screen To find the top ten values in a list

  1. Click the top cell in the column to filter.

  2. On the Data menu, point to Filter and then click AutoFilter.

  3. Click the down arrow that appears, and then click (Top 10...) in the list.

  4. In the Top 10 AutoFilter dialog box, click OK.
