Saving a Workbook for the Web To save a workbook as an HTML document

  1. On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.

  2. If necessary, in the Save pane, select the Entire Workbook option button.

  3. Enter a file name in the File name box, and then click Save.

  2. In Internet Explorer, open the File menu and then click Open.
