Sharing Your Workspace

One of the best things about Office Live Workspace is the easy way in which you can share files with others. There are two different ways you can share items.

Sharing Your Workspace

Start by clicking the Share arrow in the Office Live Workspace tools, and then do the following:

  • Choose Share Document to share a document by sending others a link that enables them to log in to your space and view the shared file.

  • Choose Share Screen to share your desktop or an application with others you invite.
