Working with HTML Stationery

Outlook includes a set of predefined designs and color schemes you can add to your rich text-formatted messages. These are known as HTML stationery. You can use or modify the stationery Outlook provides as-is. When you create a message, you can specify which stationery is used or set Outlook to use a default stationery pattern each time you create a new message. You can also specify the background image or color for an individual message.

Select Stationery

  1. In Outlook, open the Inbox and choose New Mail Message Using from the Actions menu.
