When you send a message, Outlook stores a copy of it in the Sent Items folder. This folder enables you to keep track of all the messages you’ve sent to recipients. You can open this folder and review messages you’ve sent other users. Outlook also includes a Drafts folder that stores new messages you are working on but are not ready to send.
Click the Mail button on the Navigation Pane.
Click the Sent Items folder in the Navigation Pane.
Review the contents of the Sent Items folder.
