Adding an Event

An event is an activity that runs for 24 hours or longer. An example of an event is a weeklong conference or seminar you attend. Events display as banners at the top of the day and run from midnight to midnight, so they do not take up blocks of time on the Calendar. This allows you to schedule appointments or meetings during the day.

Describe the Event

  1. Click the Calendar icon on the Navigation Pane.

  2. Right-click on the Calendar view.
