ACTIVITY 3-2: Working With Attachments

Scenario

Since you are part of the recruitment team to hire new employees at Develetech, you have received quite a few emails in your Inbox that include attachments. Recently, most of those attachments have been the résumés of potential candidates. These attachments are starting to clutter up your Inbox and are taking up too much space in your Inbox. You want to print some of these attachments to review as hard copies, save some of the attachments to keep for future reference, and then remove some of the attachments to make more space in your Inbox.

  1. Move the Reading pane to the right so you can preview an attachment more easily.
    1. On the ribbon, select the VIEW tab.
    2. Select Reading Pane→Right. ...
