Scenario

As a key member of the recruitment team hiring new multimedia designers for Develetech, you have been assigned with many specific tasks regarding the recruitment effort. You have already scheduled weekly team meetings with the recruitment team, and you think it is a good idea to have an agenda with the items to discuss at each meeting. In fact, you want to develop the agenda the day before the weekly meeting and send it out to the team to review prior to the meeting. You can use the Tasks option in Outlook to manage this as a personal task for yourself.
  1. Create a Prepare Weekly Meeting Agenda recurring task.
