ACTIVITY 5-5: Creating a Recurring Meeting Request

Scenario

As a lead on the recruitment team for Develetech's latest recruitment effort, you have been tasked with scheduling a weekly meeting for the entire team. You decide to schedule a recurring meeting on Fridays of each week, beginning with this week.
  1. Open and create a new meeting with the recruitment team to discuss the recruitment effort.
    1. In the Navigation bar, select Calendar.
    2. In the New command group, select New Meeting. ../images/new_meeting_command.png
    3. In the subject line, type Weekly Recruitment Team Meeting
    4. Select To. The Select Attendees and Resources: Global Address List dialog box will open.
