Adding contacts

Lync 2013 makes it convenient for you to grow your contacts list and assign contacts to groups so that you can always easily find who you’re looking for. You can add new contacts and assign those contacts to groups.

Create a contact group

  1. In the Lync window, click the Add Contact icon.

  2. Click Create A New Group.

  3. In the text box that appears at the bottom of the Lync window, type the group name.

  4. Press the Enter key or click outside the text box.
