One of the best things about OneNote 2013 is that you can add notes in whatever method that suits you best. Whether you prefer to click and type your notes or sketch your ideas out on the page, your doodles and jottings are safe on the OneNote page. If you choose to sketch your notes or write them freehand, you can use the tools on the Draw tab to choose the color and thickness of your pen. And, whether you use a drawing pad or tablet or not, you can draw out your ideas in a way that feels comfortable to you and highlight existing notes easily.
Click anywhere on the notes page and type your note.
As you type, OneNote expands the text box to make room for your text.
