Commenting on a presentation

Comments make it possible for you to add notes, ask questions, and make suggestions that might improve presentations you work on with your team. With PowerPoint, you can easily add, respond to, and move among comments in the Comments pane. Now, in PowerPoint 2013, the comment conversations are threaded so that replies indent within the original comment post, which makes it easy to see and respond to the comment you want.

Add a comment

  1. Display the slide to which you want to add a comment.

  2. Click the Review tab.

  3. In the Comments group, click New Comment.

    The Comments pane appears on the right side of the slide window.

  4. Type the comment that you want to add.

    Your profile picture appears to the left of the comment, ...
