If you need to create a data-entry form so that others can add information to the database easily, Access has all the tools you need. The entire process is simple: just select the table you want to use to create the form and select the tool you need. Access does the rest.
In the Navigation pane, click the table that you want to use as the basis for the form.
Click the Create tab.
In the Forms group, click Form.
The Form opens in Layout View.
Click a form field and drag to resize it if needed.
Apply a theme to the form.
Change the form title.
Add a logo to the form.
