Editing your data

Once you have all of your values in the worksheet, you need to know how to page through the data and move and edit cell contents as needed. You can use the keys on your keyboard to move quickly through the worksheet or, if you’re using a tablet device, you can swipe the screen to move to another area of the worksheet.

To move between the cells in your worksheet, do any of the following steps:

  • Press Ctrl+Home to move to cell A1.

  • Press Ctrl+End to move to the last used worksheet cell.

  • Press the Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Left Arrow, or Right Arrow key to move one cell in the named direction.

  • Press PageUp to scroll up one screen.

  • Press PageDown to scroll down one screen.

  • Press Ctrl+PageUp ...
