Before you share your publication with others or release it to the wild, you should preview the document to ensure that it looks in its final form as you expect it to. You can use Publisher’s Print tools to get a good last look at the publication, and you can run the Design Checker to ensure that your project is ready to be completed.
Click the File tab to display the Backstage view.
Click Run Design Checker.
The Design Checker opens in a pane along the right side of the Publisher window.
Position the mouse pointer over the item in the list that you want to fix and click the arrow that appears. A list of options displays, offering ways to deal with the issue.
