Packaging your presentation

When all is said and done, you probably want to save all the good work you did on a stellar presentation. You can package your presentation and save it to a CD-ROM to be used again at a later date. You can also publish your slides to a folder of your choosing so that you can use the slides, or the entire presentation, again in the future.

Package your presentation

  1. Choose the presentation that you want to package for CD and click the File tab to display the Backstage view.

  2. Click the Export tab.

    The Export options appear in the Backstage view.

  3. Click Package Presentation For CD.

  4. Click Package For CD.

    The Package For CD dialog box opens.

  5. Enter a name for the CD.
