Previewing and printing files

Office 2013 makes it simple for you to see how your files are shaping up and print them in a single window in the Backstage view. When you click the File tab and choose Print, your file displays on the right side of the screen and printing options appear in the center. You can preview your file by clicking the arrows at the bottom of the preview pane and easily make choices about printing, including the number of copies you want to print, the printer you want to use, and specific settings such as the paper type, orientation, and page range that you want to include.
