Previewing and printing worksheets

We do so much electronically today that you might not need to preview and print your worksheets as often as you used to. But, Excel 2013 makes it easy to prepare your page for printing and preview the worksheet pages to ensure that they look the way you want them to before you send them to the printer.

Set up your page for printing

  1. Click the Page Layout tab.

  2. In the Page Setup group, click the dialog launcher.

  3. Use the controls in the Page Setup dialog box to prepare your worksheet for printing.

  4. Click OK.

  1. Click the File tab to display the Backstage view.

  2. Click Print. ...
