Printing presentation materials

As you’re preparing the materials you need for the final presentation, you will probably want to print handouts for audience members. You might also want to have some printed slides available to share with people who request them. You can easily print all slides or a range of slides and produce handouts that share the essence of your presentation with those who want to see it in printed form.

  1. Save the presentation that you want to print and click File to display the Backstage view.

  2. Click Print.

  3. Choose the printer that you want to use.

  4. Choose which slides you want to print.

  5. Alternatively, enter the range of slides that you want to print (for example, 4–5).
