Printing your worksheets

Once your worksheets look the way you want them to, you can send them to the printer. First you’ll need to choose the print area to ensure that all of the cells you want to print will be included. Then, in the Backstage view, click the Print tab and set the desired print options.

Choose the print area

  1. Drag to select the cells that you want to print.

  2. Click the Page Layout tab.

  3. Click Print Area.

  4. Click Set Print Area.

  2. Click Print.

  3. Click the printer that you want to use.

  4. Set the other print options.

  5. Click Print.
