If you would prefer to not save your files to the cloud, you can easily choose to keep your files closer at hand by saving them directly to your computer or other device.
Complete the file you want to save and then click File to display the Backstage view.
Click Save As.
In Places, click Computer.
Choose the folder in which you want to save the file.
Type a name for the file.
