Saving your presentation as a video

A great way to create an auto-playing presentation for others is to create a video of the presentation itself. This is great for those times when you can’t be there in person to give the presentation. Instead, people can watch your presentation as a video they access online or on CD.

Create a video

  1. Save all changes in your presentation and click File to display the Backstage view.

  2. Click Export.

  3. Choose Create A Video.

    The Create A Video pane appears on the right side of the Backstage view.

  4. Click to choose the format for the video.

    You can select Computer & HD Displays, which saves the file so that it can be viewed on a computer or other high-definition display; Internet & DVD, which saves the presentation ...
