In addition to adding appointments and meetings to your calendar, you can set up scheduled events that occur on a regular basis. You can choose to repeat an appointment daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. If you prefer you can select the day of the week on which you want the appointment to recur, and you can choose the start and end date for the recurrence, as well.
Select the entry on your calendar that you want to turn into a recurring item.
On the Calendar Tools Meeting contextual tab, click Recurrence.
