You can easily send files by email if you prefer. The process begins in the Share tab of the Backstage view.
In your Office 2013 app, click the File tab to display the Backstage view and then click the Share tab.
Email options appear in the right panel.
Click the way in which you want to save the file.
If you send the file as an attachment, the Office file is attached to the email message. If you send a link (which becomes available only if you’ve previously saved the file to the cloud), you can copy the link to the file and insert it in the body of the email message you send.
