Once upon a time, when you wanted to share a file, it entailed putting it on a disk and handing it to another person. Today, thankfully, sharing a file can be literally as easy as saving it. With Office 2013, you can invite others to share your file and then you can choose the way you want to share it easily, with no fuss and no bother.
In your Office 2013 app, click the File tab to display the Backstage view.
Click the Share tab.
Choose Invite People.
Click Save To Cloud.
The Save As dialog box opens, in which you can choose the location in the cloud where you want to save the file.
Click the place where you want to save the file.
