Sharing files is easy when you’re working in the cloud. Because PowerPoint 2013 by default connects to your SkyDrive account, you can easily post and share files that you want others to review by inviting them to see the file in the cloud. You can also email a shared file to others, which stores the master copy of the file in the cloud so that you can all work on the file together online and then let PowerPoint synchronize all the changes for you.
Open the presentation that you want to share and click File to display the Backstage view.
Click the Share tab.
Choose Invite People.
The Invite People pane opens on the right side of the Backstage view.
