The Outlook 2013 To-Do Bar can remind you about upcoming tasks and meetings during your day and provides a way for you to easily connect with favorite people.
Click the View tab.
Click To-Do Bar.
The To-Do Bar shows all of the information you have saved in each of these categories.
Open an existing meeting with attendees (or create one).
Click the Meeting tab and then right-click a contact.
Choose Add to Favorites.
