Working in the calendar window

Along the bottom of the Outlook 2013 window, you’ll notice four large links: Mail, Calendar, People, and Tasks. To the right of those links is an ellipsis icon (three dots) that you can click to access additional Outlook tools, like Notes, Folders, and Shortcuts. We’re going to be exploring the Calendar tool, so go ahead and click the Calendar link. You can then navigate the view to display the day or days that you want to view.

  1. Click Calendar.

    The Calendar view appears.

  2. On the Home tab, click Day to show only one day.

  3. Click a date to display that day in the calendar area.

  4. Click Month to show the entire month.
