Working with People view

When you’re working with your contacts in Outlook 2013, you can choose a view from the Current View group in the Home tab to view your contacts in different ways. By default, contacts are shown in People view. You can also choose to display your contacts in Business Card view, which shows each person’s name, picture, title, and email address, as well as the social media account on which the contact is listed, if applicable.

Display contacts in People view

  1. On the Home tab, in the Current View gallery click the More button to display your view options.

  2. Click the Business Card view.

    Your contacts appear as though formatted for traditional business cards.

  3. In the Current View gallery, choose List.
