Operational policies are mainly used by the Project Management Office (PMO) in collaboration with the business managers. Operational policies are used to establish settings through which projects are administered within the enterprise, as shown in Figure 16.1. This chapter concentrates on configuration of the settings found by choosing Server Settings, Operational Policies in Project Web Access 2007.
