Creating Content Types

You can create and deploy content types throughout SharePoint Server 2007 sites in the following three ways:

• Administrative user interface

• SharePoint object model

• As part of a Feature deployed to new or existing sites

This section focuses on the creation of content types through the administrative user interface.
