This section provides an overview of the various ways you can deploy Search technologies in your environment. These examples are merely illustrations of what you can do. Because there is no enforced, prescribed server matrix as in SharePoint Portal Server 2003, your design becomes both more simple and more complex. In this section, you’ll see how this works in the various scenarios presented.
