Applying Conditional Formatting

The Data View offers a feature known as conditional formatting that you can use to alter the appearance of a set of cells or rows based on criteria that you specify. Within a Data View, you can apply conditional formatting to an HTML tag, a data value, or a range of text. The criteria you specify do not have to be based on the field being formatted. You can also show or hide data based on criteria.
