SharePoint Server 2007 for Internet Sites is simply SharePoint Server 2007 Enterprise Edition with special licensing. The license allows you to use SharePoint Server 2007 for external users, not including employees. SharePoint Server 2007 for Internet Sites is a per-server license, and does not need Client Access Licenses. It is primarily targeted to WWW applications or extranet applications.
