Combining Graphics

Sometimes you might have several graphics—a picture and a piece of clip art, or some drawings, for example—that you want to keep together, separately from the text. You can do this by placing the graphics on a single drawing canvas. You can even format the canvas to get the look you want.

Gather Your Graphics

1. On the Insert tab, click the Shapes button to display the Shapes gallery, and click New Drawing Canvas.
