Adding a Sidebar or a Pull Quote

Sidebars and pull quotes are useful features that add interest to a design and break up the sea of text on a page while drawing attention to special pieces of information. Word provides a variety of predesigned text boxes to use for sidebars and pull quotes.

Insert a Predesigned Text Box

1. Switch to Print Layout view if you aren’t already in that view.
